Our History

Persian people started to weave Persian carpets or rugs thousands of years ago.
In fact, you cannot find a house in persia without several carpets as it is an important part of Persian culture.
Many old cities in Persia like Isfahan, Kashan, Qom or Tabriz have a carpet industry, which is an important job for many people working on hand-made carpets or in a modern factory.
Weavers use natural fibers and dyestuffs in hand-made carpets, which are well known all over the world. In factory made carpets, weavers use synthetic fibre and dyestuffs.
Pakdel Carpet Warehouse is a rug exhibition and market in the city of Isfahan, where you can find a wide variety of beautiful Persian carpets.
